sundalpur oil / gas exploration well drilling project 01. Project Name: Sundalpur Oil / Gas Exploration Well Drilling Project.02. Project approval phase: Approved by Bapex Board on 09 October 2006. Approved by ECNEC on 22 May 2006.03. Location of the project: Village: Shahjadpur, Union: Sirajpur, Thana: Companyganj, District: Noakhali.04. Implementation period: July, 2006 to June 2012.05. Project cost: Local currency: 16.10 (Rs. Lakhs). Foreign exchange: 547.90 (lakh rupees). Total ৭ 6375.00 (Rs. Lakhs). 07. Purpose of the project: To drill a well with a depth of approximately 3300 (± 200) meters and to conduct well testing activities for the discovery of oil / gas in Sundalpur topography under Kompaniganj upazila of Noakhali district. 07. Progress of the project: 1) Location in Sundalpur land structure in Kompaniganj Upazila and Shahjadpur village on 16/08/2009, after which necessary land requisition was done. 2) Land development was done. 3) Roads were constructed. 4) Rig Foundation , Necessary infrastructure including godown is constructed. 5) Caravan is constructed for accommodation of officers and employees. 6) Electricity connection is taken from Palli Bidyut Samiti. 6) Gas connection is taken from Bakhrabad gas system for use in the accommodation of officers / employees. 8) Rig and ancillary equipment are erected and commissioned. 9) On 21/12/2010, Hon'ble State Minister of the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources, Mr. Brigadier General (Retd.) Mohammad Enamul Haque officially inaugurated the well drilling work. Cementation has been done with digging of 36 "wells and casing of 30". Cementation has been done by digging 20 '' casing run after digging 26 '', 184 m well. 95/6 '' casing has been installed and cemented at a depth of 2375 m in the section. 13) কে 1/2 '' 'casing and cementation work has been done after digging a well at a depth of 3291 m in the hole section. 14) During the plugging of cement, the pipe is stuck from 3044 m to 3092 m and the pipe is lifted through fishing operation. 15) ৮ 1/2 '' hole section is performed from 3195 m to 3220 m and 3118-3121 m. Well did not flow. 18) DST is performed in the 95/6 '' hole section by performing from 1399 to 1402 and by well flow so that 10-12 million cubic feet of gas can be produced per day. 16) At the end of production testing, from last 18-03-2012, about 10 MMCFD gas is being supplied to the national grid line every day. 07. Percentage of real financial progress against DPP 1269.20015 16.50% As a single entity with a view to rapidly increase gas production and transmission capacity to meet the existing energy deficit in the country, 10 wells were drilled in 4 gas fields with the help of Gazprom Company. 1 in Field, 1 in Semutang Gas Field, 1 in Begumganj Field, 1 in Sundalpur / Srikail Field and 2 in Shahbazpur Field) and 2 Compressor Stations in Ashuganj and Elenga. A meeting was held at the Prime Minister's Office with the delegation under the chairmanship of the Energy Adviser. 08-07-2011: Under the Rapid Increase in Power and Energy Supply (Special Provisions) Act-2010, it was decided to drill 10 (ten) wells. 07-06-2011: Gazprom submits technical and commercial proposals along with Petrobangla. 14-06-2011: Under special provisions, the tender processing committee sends the tender to the sub-committee for evaluation. 07-10-2011: A meeting was held with the Gazprom representative at the Ministry on Tender Processing Committee Contract Negotiation. 11-09-2011: Tender Processing Committee submits tender evaluation report to the Ministry. 20-10-2011: Gazprom authorities send letters with 5% PG and 2% discount. 23-10-2011: Petrobangla forms a committee to prepare the agreement. 03-11-2011: The committee formed by Petrobangla and the committee of Gazprom jointly prepares the draft agreement. 20-12-2011: Gazprom's submitted technical and commercial proposal Purchase less
